Silvija Tomčik, is an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher (Waves training in 2001, and Heartbeat training in 2010) who, as an organiser, brought this practice to Croatia and neighbouring countries (including Hungary). Silvija has been teaching 5Rhythms® regularly both nationally and internationally the last 22 years. She is a committed, passionate and grounded teacher. Teaching and dancing are her natural gifts.

Prerequisites: minimum 15 Waves 5Rhythms hours or 1 weekend 5Rhythms workshop.
This workshop counts towards future 5Rhythms trainings as a 2 days of Waves and 3 days of Heartbeat.
Prices: Full price is 320 Euro. Early booking price until 16.03.2023. is 260 Euro. Working price is 160 Euro. There is 20% discount (from full price) for 5Rhythms Teachers and Space Holders. Bookings with non-refundable deposit of 70 Euro.

Workshop begins on Wednesday 11.06. at 17h and ends on Sunday 15.06. at 17h
Location:
The Three Treasures Valley, created by the ancient rules of taoist Feng Shui, is lying on 5 acre with a little lake and a 200 years old demesne house. The valley is a hiding beauty of nature, surrounded by enormous fields and forests, 100 kms away from Budapest in North East area of Hungary.
Accommodation:
Prices are per person for 4 nights
Rooms with 7-10 beds: 112 Euro
Rooms with 2-4 beds: 132 Euro
Staying in your own tent: 72 Euro
Full board for these 5 days (vegeterian, 5 Elements meals): 108 Euro
The price for accommodation and meals could change a little bit based on the inflation in Hungary. We’ll set the final prices in February 2025.
