"WEAVING THE WAVES"
A 6-month journey for 5Rhythms Teachers

PRACTICAL DETAILS:

Format: 6 Monthly Group Sessions (3 hours each) + 1 Individual Session (45 mins).

Dates (Thursdays): 15.01. | 12.02. | 19.03. | 23.04. | 21.05. | 25.06.

Time: Zagreb/CET: 6:00pm – 9:00pm UK: 5:00pm – 8:00pm New York: 12:00pm – 3:00pm Los Angeles: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Recordings: Can’t make it live? No problem. Recordings of each session will be available for you to watch and learn at your own pace. If you cannot attend, you can email your questions in advance, and I will include them in the session.

Prices:

(including six 3 hours sessions and one individual session of 45 min):

Ant price – helpers team: 350 Euro

Butterfly price – I need support: 560 Euro

Snake price – I am doing fine: 700 Euro

Eagle price – I am doing more than fine:  840 Euro

It is possible to pay in two instalments. You need to pay the 1st half when you register to secure your place, and the other half latest until 11.04.

Cancellation policy: If you decide to cancel before 15th of January, 50% of your price will be returned.

There will be no refunds after 15th of January.

Understanding and Connection. Teaching can sometimes feel like a solitary path. “Weaving the Waves” is designed to change that. Over the course of six months, we will create a consistent, supportive container where we can grow together, learn from one another, and refine the art of teaching the Waves.

This group format allows you to build deep connections with fellow teachers, creating a supportive community where you can share experiences and grow together over the 6-month container.

WHAT THE PROGRAM OFFERS:

  • Immerse Yourself in the Waves: We practice what we teach. Each session features a 30-to-45-minute Wave led by Silvija, giving you a chance to test the teachings, embody the rhythms, and refine your own personal practice.
  • Tailored Q&A and Exploration: The majority of each session is devoted to answering your specific questions about teaching the Waves level. You will receive a questionnaire before we begin, ensuring the program is shaped directly by your answers and needs.
  • Exclusive Music: You will receive downloads of the 6 unique Wave recordings used in our sessions, providing fresh inspiration and diverse musical landscapes for your library.
  • Personalized 1-on-1 Support: In addition to the group work, the program includes one private 45-minute mentoring session with Silvija. This is your space for focused guidance on individual needs (to be arranged before June 20th).
  • Community Connection: Through breakout rooms and shared circles, we foster a collaborative learning environment where peer support is key.

 

In addition to your specific questions, we will focus on:

  • Curriculum Design: How to structure open weekly classes, ongoing groups, and workshops.
  • The Micro & The Macro: What do we actually teach when we teach “Flowing”? How do we teach body parts, walking meditation, or Tribal?
  • The Craft: Exploring “Music as Medicine” and the concept of “Wave as Teaching”
