Whether you are teaching weekly or monthly, locally or internationally, on sabbatical, or have stepped away from the dance floor entirely—this space is for you. I invite you to explore the teacher’s heart and the emotional landscape of this role. This workshop is open to all certified 5Rhythms teachers.
Because we are gathered in a residential setting, we have the luxury of time to truly land together. Beyond our work on the floor, there will be ample space to meet and exchange, share nourishing meals, or simply relax in the sauna. It is a time to reconnect—not just with the practice, but with each other.
My intention is to offer a dedicated space and time where we can move with the emotions we feel when wearing the “teacher’s hat”.
I am inviting us to listen to the emotions we feel as teachers, recognizing them as a vital inner compass that informs how we lead and hold the groups.

I became Heartbeat teacher in 2010, and it took me a while to trust this map and to find my own flavour of teaching it. Now I almost teach only Heartbeat workshops. As always, I offer in my teaching what I need myself. This workshop is for me as much as it is for you, and for our bigger circle, and I am very excited about offering this for the 4th time! I find the heart being the medicine that can truly shift the energy in this field that can be full of competition and comparison.

We begin on Wednesday 11th at 5PM and end on Sunday 15th at 1PM (with the lunch included).
This workshop counts as 4 days of Heartbeat.

This is an eco-friendly SPA for the spirit and body, located in the atmospheric, restored interiors of the oldest house in Swieradow Zdroj. It is run by Tomasz Szymocha (5Rhythms Teacher) and his brother.
Food is vegeterian/vegan seasonal and ecological food with raw desserts.
ACCOMMODATION PRICE:
The price is 70 Euro per person per night for full board (280 Euro for the whole workshop). It is possible to stay one night before and/or after the workshop, the price is 30 Euro just the lodging.
