5RHYTHMS DROP-IN CLASS - THURSDAY EVENINGS
Every Thursday in Zagreb, we open a space for the body, breath, and freedom of movement. “Urban Waves” are our regular weekly 5Rhythms workshops designed for everyone looking for a place to recharge their batteries, release stress, and simply – dance.
What makes “Urban Waves” special is our rotating roster of experienced teachers. Every week you have the opportunity to dive into a different style, theme, and energy. Each teacher brings their own unique “color” and approach, allowing you to constantly expand your understanding of this transformative practice. That is why our Thursdays are always different and full of surprises, yet – they always offer a feeling of home.
This is a dance without choreography, with no “wrong” steps. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, you are welcome exactly as you are.
