In this workshop, we’ll awaken life energy through the body and emotions — through movement, breath, and beat.

We’ll explore how emotional and sexual energy are connected, and how dance can help us heal shame, open our hearts, and reclaim our power.

What does it take to feel safe in our own skin, to enjoy our desires without guilt, to meet others from a place of fullness?

The 5Rhythms practice offers a safe space to move with our juiciness — where fear

becomes excitement, anger transforms into passion, and sadness releases like a wave.

Let’s dance into wholeness, into generosity, and into connection with the Divine.

Prerequisites: 20 hours of Waves classes and 1 weekend workshop (or 2 weekend workshops)

This workshop counts as 2,5 days of Heartbeat Level towards the Teacher Training.
