This is a fine-tuning of your craft as a 5Rhythms teacher.  

Join a circle of peers for a deep dive into the architecture and design of the teaching of Waves class and workshops. Through deep dancing, specific teaching, mentoring, demonstrations, music labs, and more, we will elevate our offerings and sharpen our tools.

In the free time we return to the elements for a different kind of reset: hot tub, sauna, sitting around the fire, nourishing food, and the quiet of nature.

The program will be designed specifically to meet the needs of each participant, thanks to your answers to my questionnaire.

This retreat is led by Silvija and assisted by Lucija Glagolić Hora.

We will begin on Thursday 21st of January at 15h and we will end on Sunday 24th of January at 16h
